To all the community of internet users: As a way of accomplish with one of its prior obligations: the preservation of the tangible and non-tangible patrimony of our region, and in representation of what we think is a national feeling, the Quindio’s Academy of History proposes to the Spanish government and all the international community, the repatriation of the Treasure of the Quimbayas to the Colombian territory, archaeological patrimony made up of almost 200 pieces, now located in Madrid, Spain. Therefore, we invite the participation of everyone interested in supporting this cause, spreading this collective purpose and joining their names to our guest book.
